Before Posting!
Before posting on the forums, please take a few minutes to look over and read the rules and regulations. If you dont follow these rules, it can result in a warning, post banning/suspension or even a permanent ban. If you feel that the rules need updated or revised, please contact an Administrator and they will bring it before the rest of the staff.



1) Flamming: Duelist Community will not tolerate the flamming or bashing of other members, other members posts or staff members. If a staff member asks you to stop and you continue on, expect an automatic forum warn. There will be no exceptions.

2) Spamming: Spamming is when you post something that has no meaning and contributes nothing to the topic or earlier posts. This will not be tolerated, but we are less strict on this, you will recieve a verbal warn to stop. If you dont like it, take it somewhere off the board.

3) Profanity: Profanity is another word for swearing. Yes you may swear on Duelist Community but don't overdo it. Overdo it and a warning will be heading your way.

4) PM Advertising/Posting Links: All members are allowed to post certain links, as long as it does not advertise another board. You are only allowed to advertise via affiliates or in your Signature and Profile. Posting links or being caught PM Advertising will result in a warn and post suspension. Please do not join for the soul purpose of advertising, it makes you look like an idiot.

5) Becoming Staff: I can not stress this enough, do not ask to be a part of staff. If staff wants to add you they will, not if you ask. If you ask you will receive a verbal warn and the chances of you ever becoming staff will be slim. Don't nag about it or repeatingly make topics about it too. People will think your an idiot.

6) Staff: Staff are here to help you around the forum and are also here to look out for rule brakers. If you want need some help but you dont want to make a topic about it pm a member of staff. If you are getting greif by a member of staff please pm an admin.

7) Be Kind and Courteous: When posting, please be kind and courteous with fellow Duelist Community members. Acting out and making a scene will result in a warn. Also, do not go calling anyone a "noob" or "n00b", if someone posts a bad deck, they could be new to the game so dont be so harsh. Help them improve rather than look down on them.

8) Usernames: We ask that if you have not joined that you do choose a name that no one else is currently using or something that isn't relatively close to someone else's name on the board. If you would like your name to be changed, simply PM an Administrator and he/she will change your name for you. If someone has the desired name you want, do not complain, with all due respect, they got to it first.

9) Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts will not be tolerated. If anyone is caught with more than one account, we will come down hard on you. You need to provide a logical explanation and be honest about it, if you do so the punishment could be lightened or there could be no punishment. Otherwise your looking at an automatic warn and deletion of your other accounts.

10) Bumping: Bumping old or dead topics from a month or more ago is not allowed. Bumping topics in less than 24 hours after posting just to move your topic to the top of the forum is also forbidden. After 24 hours, you may bump your topic or if your topic is on the second page and only a couple days old. If you are caught bumping a dead topic or a topic before 24 hours after posting, you will receive a verbal warn.

11) Graphics: Stealing graphics from other people and using it as your own is not allowed. If you are caught you will be punished.

12) Avatars: Maxinum avatar size is 125x125 pixels. You are not allowed to have anything in your avatar that puts down a member or advertises a certain forum or website.

13) Signatures: Your signatures can not contain any flamming material or anything bad directed at another member or anything pornographic and related to hentai. You are allowed up to 2 advertisements in your signatures.



14) Illegal/Forbidden Material: The following content is not allowed on the board, a severe punishment follows if this rule is broken.

-Pornography/Hentai: This includes nude poses, videos leading back to a pornographic/hentai site, erotic images/art and over sexual images.
-Racial/Hate images, slurs and phrases. This includes swastikas, burning crosses, or references to the KKK. Images of political parties or persons that advocate racism or hate crimes will be dealt with harshly.
-Illegal Gaming, Emulation, Downloads. This includes ROMS, stealing games, Emulators and etc.
-Drugs/Alcohol: Includes Vodka, Crack, and any discussion involving Drugs and Alcohol

How Board Warns Work!

Warns are given out when any of the above rules are broken.

1st Offense: Verbal Warn
2nd Offense: Forum Warn(Block Warn)
3rd Offense: Forum Warn(Block Warn)
4th Offense: Posting Suspension/Temporary Ban
5th Offense: Board Ban/Permanent Ban

Cbox Rules:

1. No Fighting

2. No Spamming(Ex. 5+ posts)

3. No Cussing each other out

4. No Inappropriate stuff of any kind what so ever

5. No Bragging in the cBox

6. No posting as other people

7. No asking for members to be unbanned, they were banned for a reason

8. No asking why members are/were banned

9. No asking to be staff

10. No dueling in the cBox

11. No posting IPs in the cBox

12. No Advertising

13. No Racism/Sexism

14. No Harrassment of members

15. No posting entirely in capital letters

16. You may only have ONE account

17. Please speak in English only.
