what do you think you will be able
to do as an admin that you cant do as a helpfull member?

I am like my old boards other administrator more than an active, posting staff member. Yondaime was perhaps my old boards best administrator and our only other. There was only 2 admins ever on my old board and we managed to get up to 700+ members, Gretti we have to thank for bringing in quite a few of those members, but the members didnt help, if you dont post then we cant have activity at all. Post topics, then advertise, post more topics and advertise. The more you go with this cycle, the faster the board will become active. As for doing something a member cant do, I am always good at making the board look good as well as keeping members in check. Masta as well as Retsu and Gretti have my MSN and if people are giving others trouble, Masta is usually the first to come to me. Even if I dont show up on the board so much, doesnt mean I cant do my job, even if its only a small part of it. Coding and skinning on this board is pretty much done and hell, in the past I've been told I change the boards name and skin way to much, so in a way the whole skin and etc has changed me because we've had this skin for quite a while.

The reason this forum is dying is because it offers nothing NEW.

Why join a fairly new growing forum that may doom to failure when we can join a more active one with the same features with more members?

That's why these forums die. Because there isn't anything NEW to the forum. What you need is something new and exciting and not done before.

I'm most honest whenb I say that since Retsu announced that he's leaving his old position here, the whole board simply died. I bet even now noone's up except me!
